Today i'm gonna talk about the business success cycle and to help me here i've grown a little diagram in attached video this is the business success cycle and in addition to that first of all the business success cycle always starts with goals there your goals the use that and again he this is going to be different than what a lot of people do because well everybody breakdown below and i will be no different from that you start by writing and your goals he starred by setting them then what happens is is that you have resources available to you and we'll go into detail on these in a minute but these resources and your goals argues together and then you interact with people and services and these resources you you put them together to interact and then once you have interactions with these resources and goals then you'll have success now success doesn't always come the way you think it will uh... but you'll get some measure of success this is your feedback and then of course to your goals are adjusted accordingly or new ones are set or however you choose to do that and then you combine that with your new resources because every time you have interactions you get a new resources and the new interact with those and you have another success and so it continues like this process continues until you ultimately reach whatever goals you want to reach the biggest goals of all so retired a little bit about that so remember there's gold resources interactions and success um... let's talk about each one of these things and some detail now uh... let's talk about goals uh... as i mentioned every successful endeavor every successful endeavor uh... begins with a goal now of gold is not written down is only a reaction as i mentioned before you wanna write these goals down uh... you understand that uh... or i should say uh... when you understand what you want from your business uh... this will help you identify it uh... the type of business that you need to start uh... when you factor in some of your resources such as your skills your talents uh... perhaps you have money uh... or not then uh... you begin to hone in on your goals accordingly was part of our resources for saket when you consider your business goals you begin dot uh... identify and inventory those things that you have that you have information did you have intellectual property if you have relationships with people their uh... that you could make profitable uh... maybe you have access to capital maybe have a certain type of equipment or training uh... you identify these things new catalog them uh... and you also look at the things you don't have the things that you need uh... in this process may help you choke it down into uh... smaller goals or sub goals uh... next you have your interactions that was the piece of the bottom uh... once you've been in kuwait all your resources and you're ready to go out meet with people and you begin to gather the additional things that you need uh... you might begin attracting customers if you're not far along but be aware this is where you need to be able to sell your concept were your product or service to others this is where people are going to ask you uh... some very challenging questions about what you hope to do and if they're going to introduce the elements of doubt you need to be prepared you need to have a little bit of a thick skin uh... you need to anticipate these questions uh... you need to think through and develop the skills uh... to finger on your feet and um... he and his big questions and uh... have the answer is ready to go uh... regarding those issues that people me bring up and then you're gonna always get questions for things that you didn't bingo and this is the good part because that's what's going on build your value propositions was convicting therefore you and uh... make you stronger and in the last one over here where success okay now let's look at success in other way mccain some people look at success is having a reach their goal hundred-percent or have a a having uh... you know made a lot of money or what have you was redefined success if you have jected we review the feedback that you get even if you do don't think you reach your goal you're now in a situation where you can identified uh... new goals uh... you can modify the ones you made you can scrap the idea and start over you know it really doesn't matter at this point the the key is is that you take that the back which is success set new goals and start over you don't need siding is is is that uh... as you continue from one cycle for the next uh... always improving you are being successful for that is the very definition of success success is the method a lot methodology cold winter again them at the top method methodical there's the word i'm trying to say the methodical progression toward a worthy goal success is not just the arrival at your goal is the process it's the uh... it's the goals the resources the interactions that process that you take uh... to arrive at your goals that define your success a lot of times during these videos i'm going to think of something that is probably a little less technical and maybe deals a little bit more with mindset on the combine a lot of mindset discussion or concepts with the technical that that i introduced through these videos and and so do indulge me i have a inspirational note here uh... for you because not everyone is going to reach their goals on the first trip around the city business success cycle and it's really easy to quit uh... if you've if you're feeling frustrated or discourage in some way here's a thought were actually it's a poem written by robert w service and idle presenting it to you because i hope it'll carry through you through the tough times the the times that you uh... will no doubt face if they haven't begun already the poem is called carry-on it's an easy to fight when everything's right in your mad with the thrill in the glory it's easy to cheer when victories near and and wallowing feels their quarry it's a different saw when everything's wrong when you're feeling informally moral but it's tend to look at when its tenth one and it will be reason but with a lot but got little soldier informal carry-on carry-on there isn't much punch in your blow your glittering and staring in hitting up blind your body and blood in had never you money carry-on you happen to goes to the show it's looking like death but while you were breath carry on my son carry-on and so when the strike in the battle of life it's easy to fight when you're winning it's the easiest way instar and be brave when the dawn of success is beginning but the men who can meet despairing defeat women's sheer with this year there's the man of god choosing but then you can fight to heaven zone height is the man who can fight wheezing carry-on carry-on things never were looming so black but they'll you haven't a cowardly street and know you are lucky you never are weak carry-on carry-on very separate another attack it's looking like hell but you never can tell carry-on old man carry-on there are some would drift out in the desert sand out and some will improve issues while there are others i know who imparted ego because of the heaven but to labor was destined to give it your best for the sweetness enjoy the giving to help us along with a hand in the sun why there's the real sunshine within carry-on carry-on fight the good fight and true be leaving your mission greet life with each year your big work to do and that's why you're here carry-on carry-on but the world a better for you and at last when you die let this be your cry carry on my soul. How To Succeed In Business
